Wow

A neighbour just showed me her loft, which is on the opposite end of the hallway from ours.

Now, granted, she probably pays $4K a month for the place and it’s not as deep, but it’s got an actual upstairs (and ceilings that have to be about 15 meters tall). And her partner freaking built a room from metal and wood on stilts for their kid. They use the underneath bit for storage and as a playhouse for him.

If ever I was feeling inadequate about my lame-arsed design skills, it’s now.  Still, wonder how much he would charge to build us a stilt room in our place…jeez that was brilliant.
