This place is insane.  I actually told her I’d love to commission something similar from her partner as a space for us to write and Tatiana to sew, but then I realised that’d probably set me back something crazy like $10K and was like lol, no, I’ll buy some frickin’ curtains and call us even.

Our place is really kick-arse too.  We just haven’t had a chance to really unpack everything and design most of it yet, in fairness.

And I still find it atrocious the amount we’re paying to essentially live in a hipster’s version of a concrete box. >.<
